At Atlas Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
A flat return shipping fee of $10.00 USD will be deducted from your refund when a return is processed.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping fees may be waived at our discretion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Restocking Fees
Atlas Fitness does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
